Warehousing is one of the most critical elements of logistics: the process in which goods are held for a period of time from receipt until dispatch, during which they are racked, addressed and inventory-tracked, and prepared for distribution or order fulfilment. It demands a dedicated and systematic way of working.
Products are checked for quantity and quality on arrival, registered in the system and in stock records, placed on racks and assigned a location address. Once an order is received, the product is picked from its address, prepared, packed, issued with a dispatch note and shipped.
Our warehouse is protected by fire detection, 24/7 camera recording and controlled access. Rack layout is planned by product type: fast-moving items sit close to picking aisles, slow-moving items go to higher levels. This simple but disciplined layout measurably shortens picking time.
Your space requirement rises and falls with the season. Instead of renting a fixed warehouse, you pay for the space and movement you actually use — turning a fixed cost into a variable one.
How our warehousing works
Controlled goods receipt
Incoming goods are reconciled against the dispatch note, checked for quantity and quality, and any discrepancy is reported the same day.
Racking
Rack type is chosen by product category, turnover rate and volume; separate zones are used for pallets, cartons and hanging goods.
Location addressing
Every rack position receives a unique address code. Products are recorded with aisle–rack–bin data, so search time disappears.
Stock registration
Inbound and outbound movements are recorded in real time; batch, serial number and expiry-date tracking are available.
Order picking
Orders are picked along an optimised route, passed through a second verification check and packed.
Dispatch preparation
Dispatch notes are issued, labels applied and loading sequence built according to the vehicle plan.
